Some items in our store may be offered as pre-orders. This policy explains how cancellations are handled for these purchases.

Subscriptions

K-HEADSPA does not offer subscription-based products or recurring deliveries at this time.

Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not yet in stock or not yet available for immediate shipment.

  • A pre-order may require full payment or a partial deposit at checkout.

  • Your payment method may be stored securely and charged once the product is ready to ship.

  • Pre-orders may be canceled only before the order has been processed or shipped.

  • Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and any return or refund request will be subject to our Return Policy and Warranty & Return Policy.

Please review our Return Policy carefully before placing a pre-order.

Try Before You Buy

K-HEADSPA does not offer “try before you buy” purchases.
All products must be returned in accordance with our Return Policy, and used or installed items are not eligible for return.

All cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Terms of Service, Return Policy, and Warranty & Return Policy, which take precedence in the event of any conflict.
