Warranty & Return Policy – Summary
Warranty Coverage

All K-HEADSPA equipment is covered by a one (1)-year limited warranty from the shipment date.

Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Products must be purchased from K-HEADSPA USA or an Authorized Dealer.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
-
Consumable items (such as hoses, filters, seals, remote controls, and rubber components) are not covered.
What We Will Do
At K-HEADSPA’s discretion, warranty service may include:

Repair or replacement of defective parts

Issuance of store credit
-
Refund of the purchase price
(The specific remedy is determined by K-HEADSPA.)
What Is Not Covered

Labor, installation, removal, or on-site service
-
Shipping costs related to equipment returns

Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, water quality issues, electrical issues, or unauthorized modifications
Shipping & Warranty Service

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, replacement parts will be shipped at no cost.

All labor, installation, and service-related costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
Partial Issues & Repairs

If only a portion of the equipment is affected, full replacement or refund is not provided.

The standard solution is repair or replacement of the affected part.
-
If a reasonable repair solution is offered and declined, the warranty claim may be considered fulfilled.
Extended Warranty (Optional)

Extended warranty coverage is available for purchase before the original warranty expires.

Covers parts only (labor and shipping not included).
Pricing:

2nd year: 10% of equipment price
-
3rd year: 15% of equipment price
-
2–3 year bundle: 22% of equipment price
Returns & Refunds
Return Authorization

All returns require prior approval and a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
Return Conditions

Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

Installed or used products are non-returnable.

Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable.
Change-of-Mind Returns

Subject to approval.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs

A 20% restocking fee applies

Products will be resold as Refurbished

Free Shipping Promotion

Free Shipping is a promotional benefit.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from any refund.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping Damage

Visible damage must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.

Concealed damage must be reported immediately upon discovery.
